|
The FMC Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a service developed in partnership with employers. This service offers employees easy access to confidential assistance for personal and work-related problems that can affect their lives. The program provides ongoing wellness seminars and training for all employees as well as consultation services for managers and supervisors. Because employees are a valuable resource, assisting them in leading positive, productive lives helps an organization meet its long-term goals.
