FMC Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a service developed in partnership
with employers. This service offers employees easy access to confidential
assistance for personal and work-related problems that can affect their
lives. The program provides ongoing wellness seminars and training for
all employees as well as consultation services for managers and supervisors.
